Jarrett Community Outreach Project Inc (JCOP) was initiated in 2009 by Carl and Vinnette Jarrett, from a desire to help the children and communities we came from in Jamaica. Our mission is to serve the community with the love of God by providing social and academic support to children. Our mission has expanded to making community wide change, by meeting the needs of the children, youths, and families in the parishes of Hanover and Westmoreland in Jamaica.
